PrepGATE K-12 Loans

About PrepGATE:
The PrepGATE loan program makes every type of private K-12 education affordable, including parochial schools, day and boarding schools and special needs schools.

The goal of PrepGate Loans to empower parents to make the best educational choices for their children. With our low rates and affordable repayment terms, we can turn a $10,000 tuition into a $71 monthly payment.

PrepGATE loans are not just one of the most affordable K-12 loan options available, we're also committed to helping families by providing the most informative and responsive customer service in the industry.

Low rate - low cost
For most parents, the most important things to look for in a loan are low cost and affordability. prepGATE's interest rate is just 4.61% as of October 1, 2003, based on LIBOR + 3.50%.

Simple, fast application process
There are three easy ways to apply:
-over the phone by calling 888-353-GATE
-by mail

Our credit standards are designed to provide access to as many families as possible. Since the beginning of the prepGATE program, we have approved a majority of applicants.

No cash up front
There are no application fees or any up-front costs to worry about: the 5% origination fee is added to the loan principal and repaid in your regular monthly payments.

Timely disbursement
Loan proceeds are disbursed directly to the school according to its billing cycle.

No prepayment penalties
You can pay off some or all of your prepGATE loan balance at any time without penalty.
